Currently, at the Bluebird, we are featuring classic Thanksgiving sides for our specials. You won’t want to miss our turkey stuffing or crumbly sweet potato casserole.
We will be closing one hour early on Wednesday (3:00 pm) & we will be closed on Thanksgiving day.
Are you still missing something special for Turkey day? You’re in luck. We’d like to share our Pumpkin Bisque recipe with you. This soup is perfect for Thanksgiving dinner & is sure to impress all of your friends & family.
PUMPKIN BISQUE SOUP
[makes 10-12 servings]
3 lbs pureed pumpkin
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 quart heavy cream
1 tsp salt
& the Heavy Cream Reduction Topping
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups heavy cream
Reduce the mixture by half & drizzle on top of soup
